Jhaal Muri/ Bhel/ Spicy Puffed Rice/ Bengali Jhaalmuri Recipe
INGREDIENTS:
- Puffed rice/Murmura/Muri-50 gm
- Chanachur/namkeen/bhujiya-50 gm
- Roasted red skin peanuts-25 gm
- Soaked and boiled bengal gram-25 gm
- Boiled potato-1
- Chopped onion-1
- Chopped tomato-1
- Chopped green chilli-2
- Finely chopped coconut-25 gm
- Roasted masala powder-2 tsp
- Tamarind juice-1 tbsp
- Lemon juice-1 tbsp
- Mustard oil-2 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Chopped coriander leaves
METHOD:
- In a big bowl: add all ingredients together except puffed rice.
- Add puffed rice and mixed properly in the mixture.
- Decorate it with bhujiya and sliced coconut and serve immediately.
