Egg bhurji

Ingredients-
  • Egg-4
  • Onion chopped-2(medium)
  • Tomato-1 large
  • Green chilli-2
  • Cooking oil-2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste


Method-
  • Beat the eggs in a bowl and add salt.
  • Heat oil in the pan, add green chilli and onions together, and cook it for 2 mins.
  • Add chopped tomatoes and fry it.
  • Add the beaten egg in the pan and stir continuously until it gets little dry.
  • Turn off the flame and ready to serve.
  • Ideal for breakfast.
